This 1978 Ford F250 was originally built by the previous owner with the intent of having a reliable classic truck with great fuel mileage. The trucks original body was transferred to a 150k mile 1993 Dodge Ram 3500 4x4 Chassis with a 5.9L Cummins Turbo Diesel and 5 speed manual transmission. At that time the transmission was rebuilt, a new clutch was installed, and the front end was rebuilt. Approximently 15k miles have been put on the truck since then. This truck was purchased to build a shop truck to pull classic trucks with but have decided to go a different direction. The truck now features brand new black paint (Base/Clear) inside and out. A one-off set of reflective “Free Wheeling” vinyl stickers were installed. A new Dennis Carpenter grill shell was installed. All light lenses have been replaced with new ones. The interior of the truck has new carpet, a new wrapped dash pad, and new window felts. The seats have been recovered at some time and are in good condition . Brand new tires and wheels were installed. Truck will need a radio, ac is not working. If you have questions please message me. The truck is available for inspection at any time.
