Vehicle description
1978 Datsun 280Z with 10,700 original miles. The vehicle was originally delivered to a Datsun dealer in Connecticut and then sent to California for the conversion. It stayed on the dealer showroom for two years, then purchased by the original owner. I purchased the car with 8,000 miles on it, and had the old canvas top removed and the body changed to the "speedster" style. The car has been stored for 10 years in a climate controlled cabana at my home. Recently serviced with new fluids, brakes, battery, fuel and oil filters, and injector flush. The car is essentially 100% original: motor, transmission, suspension, dash. All gauges work, including the clock. The car does not have AC, or a top. It runs perfectly, and can be driven anywhere.
