Vehicle Details MY 1978 Classic and Rare Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz!Wow! This ONE OF A KIND 1978 Cadillac Eldorado Coupe with only 64k original miles is a pinnacle of mechanical operational precision combined with acceptable cosmetics, that make this an EXCEPTIONAL CLASSIC DRIVING EXPERIENCE! To avoid the myriad of rhetorical dubious questions, every mechanical operation of this vehicle runs and drives exceptionally and meets or exceeds the original OEM specs. To begin with my only intention was to run this car indefinitely and I was planning on redoing the complete and serviceable body, but I lost my garaging location after I was forced to sell my property and there is no way I am lettings this car be o the street, so my loss is your gain. Every mechanical component in this car has been changed and or rebuilt including the engine and transmission and I have volumes of paperwork to prove all the work was done. The engine for example was completely rebuilt at 60k and I have the receipts which show almost 6K in that rebuild. The exhaust, the suspension, and all the electronics including the unique factory CB radio and all the Climate controls ALL WORK AS THEY SHOULD! Every accessory and every operation of the car works and I have all the original paperwork and keys to go with the car. The interior was redone some time ago and although the front seats are serviceable a complete reupholster job would make the entire interior show room mint as the back interior is near flawless and the door panels look near new. The body has some minor surface rust by the 4 wheel wells but all the bumper fillers, and body are dent and scratch free. I have the hood ornament and two NOS moldings that had the detached from the body due to clip failure but the new ones have new clips for easy install. All in all this is a Superior 1978 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz Cadillac Classic Eldorado that can drive anywhere in the USA especially with 95% tread life tires on her wrapped around with special matching Cadillac Wheel matching Painted Hub Cubs, and the ride acceleration and handling make this an exceptional driver. Alone the mechanics are worth way over $15,000 and with a little TLC to the body this vehicle will be easily a show car. The choice is the new owners' but this car is offered at No Reserve with only a $5,000 starting bid and easily this car is worth $20,000 with some TLC put into it. What's best is the car can be driven as an everyday classic driver while planning to make her mint and as a show car for the future as this car is beyond phenomenal.
