The engine compartment cleans up nicely with plenty of brightwork on components such as the alternator, valve covers and air cleaner but the orange-painted engine block maintains that all-important Chevy heritage. Continuing to the inside, the Black bench seat has been reupholstered in vinyl and has the Chevrolet “V" embossed on the seat backs. An aftermarket steering wheel and gauges blend with the stock looking dash and don"t look wildly out of place. No rust, when I had the interior taken out and redone the floor boards looked like a brand new truck, fully painted and glossy like new.
