This is a Veep, probably a Hadley. VW kit car built in the 70s. Definitely one of the nicest out there, really fun to drive. The list of new/custom features is just too long to list here. Looks good, runs great.It was a big hit at the Pacific Grove " little car show". $6950 takes it,reasonable offers considered. Possible trade for a California minivan. Clear , California title.
