Initially restored a 1974 FJ40; however, one of the kids rolled it down a 30 foot embankment , thankfully no one was injured. Found this 1975 with a frozen engine, did a off body restoration installing the 1974 engine and rebuilding the transfer case and transmission. In 2017, Extensive restoration with soda blasting ,DP epoxy primer, Toyota sand beige paint and clear coat. The floor was in excellent condition, no rust with subsequent Rhino Shield application. All new: stainless steel hood hardware, lenses and mirrors, Best top, front and jump seats covers, seatbelts, blue tooth radio and water proof speakers, window glass, door weatherstripping, felt channels, locks, handles, cranks, aluminum wheels, shocks, steering stabilizer, windshield washer, gas tank sender, clutch master cylinder and parking brake cable.
