Vehicle Details 1975 Chevrolet Caprice. I purchased this car from a couple who had owned it since 1994, where it set in their garage. It still holds the orginal sbc 400 engine and transmission. The engine is all orginal besides some maintenance parts i replaced, belts, hoses, water pump,fuel pump, i had the carburetor sent off and rebuilt, fuel tank cleaned, the engine runs great with no smoke or lifter noise. Trans shifts perfect, Everything on this car works, heat, power windows, cruise, radio, all lights. The body is in great shap with the only dent is at the bottom of the pass side fender where a tire blew out on the orginal owner, as you see in the picture its not rust only surface rust where the paint was worn off. This car is 100% rust free with no previous rust repair ever done on it. The is no sign of bubbling or cracks on the vinly top which is extremely rare on these cars.Under the trunk mat is still prefect with no sighn of water ever getting in. The paint still shines really well, however you will see some small rock chips and scratches which is expected for 46 years. All the door seals and window rubbers are in great shape and still soft, there is no wind noise going 70 down the highway.The interior is in great shape, no cracks in the dash or door panels, the top sholder straps for the seat belts have been cut(i guess they would not retrack and the owner just cut them?) the lap belts still work fine. The car is 100% orginal besides the wheels and tires and new dual exhaust, i still have the caprice hubcaps. Car is road ready with a clean title. I have the following parts for it, pass side wheel well trim, pass side rocker trim, rear corner bumper fillers, if you know these cars you know the stuff is very hard to find. I have a hefty reserve on it and please dont ask what it is, if i wanted you to know i would put it on here. I reserve the right to take down the auction at any time, i will require a $1000.00 deposit within 24 hours after sale ends by paypal, remaining balance due at pick up, cash or certifed check which must clear the bank.
