1974 Jensen Healey for sale I hate to sell this wonderful car as it is truly irreplaceable. It has no rust at all and has always been a California car. I bought it just a few months ago, and from a seller in San Luis Obispo, then almost immediately lost my warehouse space. The car is amazingly original car wearing most of its original paint. It has only 57,243 original miles and drives beautifully. I contacted the previous 2 owners who confirmed the miles and one of them was an English Mechanic who while in his possession, completely rebuilt the engine, less than 1500 miles ago, installing a new clutch, replaced all the soft lines and redid the brakes, as the car had been sitting for 20 years prior to his purchase, accounting for the low mileage. He also installed a new set of wheels with new tires. I checked the paint with my Elcometer, and could not find any panel outside the norm, confirming it has never been painted. So it obviously has never been wrecked or had any rust. The entire car is original as well, original dash, seats carpets and soft top, that does have a little clouding on the back window.
Even the courtesy light switch works! The engine starts up first time every time, and the clutch and the brakes and steering are a delight. The car really drive splendidly. This car deserves a great home, so if you have ever wanted one of these fabulous cars, this is the one to buy. I have seen lesser cars sell for way more than I am asking.
