Rare 1973 American Motors Company Jeep J4000 Pickup

This truck spent almost all its life in Arizona and Garaged. The previous owner was working hard to restore this vehicle, but unfortunately past away. Most of the body work is done. There is one bad spot still in the one side of a fender flare – shown in picture. This jeep is nearly ready for paint, the color of your choice.
The 360 was recently rebuilt with a mild performance cam, performance intake, performance carburetor, headers, etc. The TH400 trans was rebuilt with a shift improver kit. Quadra-Trac 4 wheel drive system. Starts great and runs strong. Tons of power. Has aftermarket transmission and oil coolers.
Comes complete with many extra parts including an extra grill (4 headlight style), extra rear window with slider, and extra doors even though both sets are in very good condition.
The interior is in pretty good shape with two small tears in the seat. Floor boards are free of rust. I believe the heater core leaks but it has never been hooked up since I owned it; however, heater cores are pretty easy to change in these vehicles.
Clear title. Odometer reads 42298, but easily could indicate 142298. I originally bought this to finish the body, paint, and do the few other minor repairs and sell for around $15,000, but I have too many projects right now. More pictures or video available on request.
Located in SW Montana and will deliver within 650 miles if you want to pay reasonable expenses to do so. $200 deposit required within 2 days of auction via paypal. The entire purchase price is due by cash (in-person only), a wire transfer, or other certified funds within seven days of the auction closing. The Jeep can be stored free of charge at my location for up to fourteen days after the auction ends (assuming full payment has been received). After that period storage is $20 per day.
