“I bought this 1972 Honda N600 Sedan a couple years ago to drive around town as a little beach buggy. I liked the fact that it has the old patina look and feel and how unique it is. I wasn't planning on putting a lot of money in to it as it was the look I wanted and it's just a little run-around-town car. Some things that would definitely need addressed would be a coating inside the gas tank as I ran it out of gas and it's not running now. (today I removed the drain plug and rust flakes came out) I had a rebuilt brake master cylinder put on it but the rubber section of the lines are plugged, so brakes don't work; however, the emergency brake does. The 5.2 X 10" tires need to be replaced. The steering wheel is cracked so it would need to be welded or replaced before driving. Just needs somebody who has the time to go through it and give it the TLC it needs to have it back on the road.I have $4,000 in it, starting the bid at $2,000 with NO RESERVE!” |
