" Barn find " from years ago and in storage ever since.
All original and very solid 1972 Ford Galaxie 500 4 door hardtop.
Actual " little old lady" car from the mid-west and from it"s condition, only driven in decent weather. Very solid trunk and floors and body. A few imperfections from age and use as shown in the photos, but it is very original inside and out and presentable as is with a good cleaning. The dash is even in fabulous shape with no cracks and everything as of this writing, works just as Ford intended.
Reducing my collection down to a more manageable number and since this car just sits in a storage building, we are putting it up for sale.
All I have done to it is change and flush all the fluids including dropping the gas tank and cleaning it. The car has had a tune up and brakes redone, and it starts right up , runs and drives well. The a/c even works.
400 ci. V8, 2 bbl carb, auto transmission, ps, pb, a/c.
As the car is a 46 year old used car, it is sold as/is , where is , with no warranties.
