| “1972 Corvette convertible ,1 of 16 all original numbers matching 454-4speed,leather interior, hard and soft top(white), vinyl covered hardtop. the car has 27k original miles. The story on the car is this: it was bought new in Covington, Kentucky. The owner wanted a black Corvette, which they did not make in 1972, so he ordered a primer car and had the dealer paint it black with gold metal flake. It’s never been wrecked and is all numbers matching. There were 16 Convertibles produced in 1972 in primer out of over 27000 Corvettes produced that year. The car is 75% restored. We have 85% of the parts to finish the restoration. I’m going to list what has been done; Engine honed rings heads check/ rebuilt, carb rebuilt, all new wiring . New switches, all new suspension and springs, bushings, shocks, as fuel/ vape lines, as brakes lines, new calipers, new fuel tank, new leather interior full kit w/ door panels. Have tank sticker.
