Up for sale is a completely restored Manx style dune buggy, it has a 2110 engine with majle pistons, forged crank, big valve heads, electronic ignition, dual Webber’s. Engine has about 250 miles since build. The transmission is a pro street from wright gearbox. Buggy has disk brakes all around with new lines from front to back with new master cylinder. Has fox shocks on the rear and adjustable rear heigh arms. Buggy handles very nice on the street. Wheels are American racing 15x6 on front and 15x10 on rear. New bf Goodrich tires all around. Car has a full cage bolted to a swing axle shortened vw pan. Paint is also new in great shape. Car comes with original convertible top not in pictures. Has two 6x9 speakers one 12” sub and kenwood amp. Engine has a large 12x12 cooling radiator with fan hooked up to power on at 190*. Engine has a sump pan. Car has a optima battery car is ready to be enjoyed. please call with any questions. Car has minor issues I want to be clear about, gas gauge on dash sometimes does nIt read accurate due to floater seems to lose. Paint has tiny chips about 3 all around car, Engine cooling lines will drop a few drops of oil when parked ( normal for vw bugs)
Car is a 1971 spcns I have the copy’s of the original pink slip, when I registered it last year for the first time since 1988 the car was out the dmv system now the tittle reads 0000 spcns but is still smog exemp. Car recently passed brake& light inspection, Chp and dmv inspections. Car is registered with tags up to date. Pink slip on hand.
