1971 Ford Bronco Michigan title in hand 351W/4R70W/NP205 Just finished a 3 year frame off build on this awesome Bronco. This is a one of a kind, show or go Bronco. Has approx. 830 miles (and going up) on it since finished. Extremely well built Bronco. Mostly stainless fasteners used. This was built for hitting the trails/dunes but cruises the roads and highways just as well, no problems at 70 MPH. I have tons of pictures/info of the build process I can send, build was documented as I went along. I have most receipts. BODY No rust……started with a solid tub from down south, replaced the driver/passenger floors but everything else was in great shape. Body was completely media blasted, primed and then sprayed with bed liner inside and underneath. 2” x 6” rock sliders welded and well tied into the body at many points. Painted with Ford Sonic Blue Gorilla flares Custom raised aluminum windshield frame with wipers relocated to the bottom using Jeep CJ wiper stuff. Full cage tied into frame at all mounting points. Harnesses for all seats, Corbeau Baja bench in rear. Completely rewired…all new wiring, all labeled Custom dash, original speedo, Autometer gauges, glove box moved over for roll bar. CB radio with Firestick ant. 23 gallon tank, internal FP, custom fuel fill in rear floor Fragola Black braided race hose used for fuel and trans cooler All lights/lenses new. Warn winch, dash mounted controller Tuffy lockable center console, with cd player/radio (currently not wired, no speakers yet). I added USB charging ports inside the console and in the rear for the rear seats with cup holders front and rear B&M bandit shifter Flaming river tilt column Engine/drivetrain 351W Fuel injected (MegaSquirt 3 ) Very easy to tune, self learning, plenty of support online. Engine was out of a 1996 truck with approx. 70K miles on it. Ported heads, crane valve springs, Lunati hyd. Roller
Headers, Magnaflow exhaust. Explorer front accessories/timing cover/Serp. belt Saginaw PS pump with cooler/fan Coil near plug ignition with LS2 coils. Aluminum radiator with Taurus fan 4R70W trans run by a US Shift trans controller mounted in glove box, biggest B&M super trans cooler. Rebuilt NP205 Transfer case, JB Fab twin sticks, flanges on both outputs 1350 Driveshafts, Tom Woods in rear, shortened Superduty shaft in front.
