Fully restored and modified 1990 Military M998 Humvee. This truck features the highly sought after Slant back kit as well as an operational turret. The true military X doors are the supplemental armored type. Rhino spare carrier, airlift bumper and gunner"s platform are some of the other stand-out features of this high quality build. Clear and clean On-road Texas title in hand. 6.2l Diesel engine. 4 speed TCI Trans conversion ($3800). This makes cruising at 70mph a breeze not to mention it now has a "park" on the shifter. It also increases the fuel mileage considerably as it lowers the RPMs. You can actually carry on a conversation at highway speeds without an intercom! There"s just not enough room here to list everything that has been done but here are a few of the highlights: New satin desert tan paint, interior done with Raptor matching desert tan. All black work is satin black finish. New after market seats fold, tumble and recline making the ride quality so much better. All new weather-stripping and glass in the doors and windshields. Doors completely rebuilt. Brand new 39.5 IROK Super Swampers all the way around. Rearview camera, hitch camera, right blindspot camera. 12v conversion system for all accessories. rear spotlights. Full intercom system with high quality headphones and music inputs. TPMS system on all 4 wheels. All new gauges and switches. Train horn system to let people know you are coming! This has a lot of the upgrades that make it civilian drivable but still maintains the military look. If you are looking for a quality, turn key build then here it is. It is a show favorite and attracts a crowd everywhere it goes. I have as much fun building them as driving them so now that it"s done and I have enjoyed it, I"m ready for another summer project. It does not have AC but if you buy the AC set-up I"d be happy to help you install it. I always drive it with the windows down and the turret open so didn"t see the need for it.
