Up for auction is a 1970 ford torino. It is a very complete car front to back. Currently it has a 302 engine that did start up when I bought it 2 years ago. The transmission is a top loader 4 speed with a c8 stamping. Also a 9inch rear end This is a great car for someone that wants a good project car as it needs a full restoration. I tried to display in detail, through all the pictures taken to give a good idea of what you will receive. It does have rust that needs fixed. Here is a list of what I see that would need done: cowl patch work, all aprons in the engine bay need some patch work, floors and toe boards, trunk drop offs, both front fenders at the bottoms, both quarter panels about 1 foot up, doors on the bottom, trunk lid is would need to be replaced, and the hood would most likely need to be replaced, the trunk corners are rusted out on the body of the car from where the weatherstrip attaches in, b pillars on both sides. Frame rails are good! The hole top half of the car is good. All the seats in the car are out of a Lincoln Also they do remake alot of the sheet metal that this car would need! Originally this car was a 351 4v automatic car with disc brakes, that someone converted to a 302 4speed so it does have all the clutch linkages and pedals already there. This is a M code 351 4V GT Car does not run or drive currently but will roll nice. What you see in the pictures is what you will receive.
