1970 maverick Pro-street 1 5/8 tube chassis California title with current reg non-op in hand Car has vin attached to original dash (not installed currently but included) it has a race dash.
Chassis: Chris Alston eliminator #7216 1 5/8" tube chassis with funny car cage , window nett brackets, parachute , wheelie bar"s Mild steel Tig welded chassis( looks great and done correctly) 7.50 cert ready Built on a jig Setup for a SBF 9.5 deck height motor ( which is inculded ) and can run either a C4 or Powerglide Over 200 build photo"s also have chassis blue-print"s for easy certification process Car will weigh 2200-2300Lbs finished race weight, this car is very very light and only the bare minimum is there Chassis to cab is bolted in 8 different locations and is very secure door"s don"t sag or feel weak when opening
Exterior: All lexan windows , Front,rear windows, door and qtr windows are ALL lexan. All metal body doors,front clip, hood,deck lid are extremely skinned and very light as it is. Front clip is all metal 1 piece with quick pins and zues for easy removal Parachute mount and Comes with a Parachute bag as well Chris alston Wheelie bar"s the rear deck lid is held on with zue"s fasteners and hood has pin"s Afco dual pass custom radiator for this paticular car Front clip/ doors and rear deck lid are in primer , the body itself is painted and has been wet sanded just needs to be buffed to bring out the color will also inculde a remainder of a gallon to finish off the front flip and stuff if wanted.
Interior: Quick release hub and grant steering wheel Window Nett brackets and tabs already installed All oem black color"d aluminum interior, removeable trans tunnel and shifter pad Jazzy aluminum seat 16" with seat cover braced and mounted, also comes with 5 point harness and hardware(cert expired) Aluminum firewall approved for power adders 99% of all the sheet metal work is already complete and in color (black)will need 2 aluminum panels made for door sills to chassis and a electronics mounting panel/cover . Door"s are gutted with black aluminum door skins and drag race door handle kit installed with lexan windows.
Front end: Strange ultra struts Strange single piston disc brakes new in box not installed Pinto rack & pinion setup
Rear end: Battle Cruiser rear 4-link with upgraded heim joints Track locator diag bar with upgraded heims Fab9 9" rear end narrowed with 4 link adjustments,Wheelie bar,Coilover height
Fuel system: 20 gal fuel cell
Rims/tires: Centerline auto drag rims ( matching ) 15x14 5.5 BS 5x4.5 bolt pattern rears with a 32x14r15 goodyear rear tire, 15x3.5 small bs 5x4.5 bolt pattern fronts with 26" front runner tire can also run a 15x12 with 3" backspace for the small tire racer"s
car needs is the following to be turn key ready to race Brake line plumbing and rear disc brakes to finish the system Fuel line plumbing and pump of your choice Your drive train swap and headers Rear coilover"s (It has mock up bars for now bolted in place ) 9"" third member Axle"s ( has axles bolted in for roller purposes only )
I have no time for this project so my loss is your gain Everything is new and just has been sitting in shop there is some rust on rotors a strut tubes from the front end being installed/removed and thats about it, couple scratches on the floors here and there but nothing major or deal breaking!
