Vehicle description

* NO RESERVE* Awesome 1970 Dodge Challenger beautiful B5 Blue "Survivor". This car is completely original except for a repaint many years ago. It starts right up and drives down the road. New Fuel Tank, Fuel pump, front and rear hoses coming out of wheel cylinders also new Master Cylinder, Wheel Cylinders and rubber fuel lines. 318 2 bbl. A/T. Very solid structure. Bucket seats column shift. Frame rails are very nice with most the paint on them. Engine compartment has no rust issues and shock towers are nice. Floorboards are solid other than a hole left of the brake pedal around 6" in diameter that needs patching. Trunk pan needs some patching and some patches in quarters and a few lower areas but all easy fixes. The worst areas are under the vinyl top I pulled the worst side of the vinyl top up so that I could see under it and it does not look that bad (See Pictures). I have pictured this and could be a pretty easy fix if you know what you are doing. This car is enjoyable to drive. Needs tires because the ones on it are old and dry rotting and ride like a log wagon. The date on the door sticker shows 11/1969. No build sheet was found behind the seat but it may be somewhere such as under the carpet. Car shows to have white accent stripes on the fender tag which were removed during repaint. All exterior lights work well. Seats need re-covering, carpet is worn and faded and dash is cracked. Headliner looks to be good. Blinkers are a little slow as most are at this age. Speedometer and gauges seem to work well. Horn still works also. Clear Tennessee Title in my name. Looks great going down the road but the paint has blemishes and fading in some spots along with some small dings. Trunk lid is solid other than a place on each side that is small and is pictured. Also two small spots on each side of the hood. Fenders have a couple places at the bottom. Very nice grill and very nice front and rear gravel pans as most are beat up. Bumpers are very straight but need re-chrome. Engine seems to have everything just like it came off the showroom floor same as inside the car. Original hubcaps are included but I like the black rims better. Pictured both ways. Great color combination. $1,000 deposit required within 24 Hours. I can hold the car for a few weeks as long as car is paid in full. This car is for sale local and I reserve the right to end this auction if necessary. I am trying to list everything I know, so please ask questions before you bid. Any Questions refer them to Richard at 615-389-6524 See fender tag decode below. Due to old tires this vehicle would need to be hauled on a trailer or hauler. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and are also responsible for setting up shipment. Fender tag reads as follows. (Decoded from MyMopar.com) Model: JH23: Dodge Challenger
