Vehicle description
1969 Mercedes 280S. Six cylinder. Drives nicely but splutters now and then. Has been sitting for a very long time. Only recently taken out and started. Will have to be serviced comprehensively to be driven daily or for long trips. Extremely original air conditioned car. Pretty low mileage at 63000. Exterior is super straight with no accident damage or marks. The trim is dull and will have to be professionally polished and buffed. The chrome is decent but obviously not excellent. Glass is all good. Doors,trunk and bonnet open and close solidly like a Merc should. Interior is great. No material rust,just some surface here and there that can easily be addressed. The paint is even all around but is showing signs of dullness and no shine. A great opportunity for the person who wants to drive and restore later.
