Vehicle description
1969 Chevrolet Corvair Monza 2 door coupe 110hp automatic. Hard to find final year of Corvair production!
Starts right up and engine sounds good. Shifts, runs drives stops around the block. Has been off the road since about 1991 so it will need attention before driving it too far, tires, brakes, tune-up, oil change, fresh fuel, etc.
I picked up to make a daily driver out of, but selling to buy a finished car. Solid enough to make a great restoration project for someone. Underneath and body is solid but not restored or perfect and has had some patchwork done, has dings, dents, and previous rust repair patching in the front trunk area and older bodywork. Not perfect, but solid start. I don"t have a lot of info on it, see pics.
I think everything is there, chrome, emblems, etc.
Just added a very nice set of "5" rally wheels and tires pictured and I have the "5" original wheels and hup caps from 1969 also.
Can help with shipping where needed, can stay here for a reasonable amount of time while buyer figures out pickup, as long as paid for.
Will deliver for 1.00 a mile round trip, please contact me first for my availability and distance.
200.00 non refundable deposit due at auction close.
Text me at and I can send you video of the car running.
Good luck bidding. Thanks! Hello. Several bidders asked about the underneath. Very hard to get good pics, I don"t have access to a lift. It looks and feels solid, but I can see where some patch panels were put in at some point. Hope that helps. I have also lowered the reserve some as well. I can send interested buyers more pictures and a video of the engine running.
