Up for sale is a very unusual AMX. The car is Willow Green with the very rare platinum upholstery. Specifics:

Options: 343 V8 engine 4 speed manual transmission power steering Power brakes Go Pack (posi differential, 140 mph speedometer, front disc brakes) Air conditioning Center arm rest between seats
This is a very rust free example of an AMX. It does require body work as can be seen in the pictures. Trunk, floors, frames, troughs, everything very solid, no rust holes. All the smog equipment appears to be in place - I have the air cleaner (just not pictured) but am missing the snorkel. All the glass is good. Tires are very good and wheels appear to be new, possibly reproduction, unsure, but very nice. I installed a new gas tank and sending unit ($500) and the car will run but will not idle. Headlights work, wipers work, and tachometer work. Clutch and brakes functional. Doors close nicely. I have an extra carburetor off of a 1969 343 I will include. The headliner is amazing nice - no critters have gotten into it and visors are good as well. I contacted SMS Upholstery out of Oregon and they have the correct material to reupholster the seats and doors with NOS material. I am selling the car as "not drivable". I have not attempted a tune up or carb rebuild. No excessive oil smoke was dispensed when I had the car running. I also changed the oil and filter and put in 5 quarts of Brad Penn oil.
