Up for Auction is my 1968 Lincoln Continental 2 Dr Coupe. I bought this from the broker for the original owner a little over 5 yrs ago. It only has 25000 original miles on the 7.6L 462 engine. Before I purchased this car, the owners grandson had a black cut in paint job done on this car which is a 5 fter, all original interior with minimal wear and tare. This is an AC car, but needs new heater core for heater and AC to work properly. It has been bipassed. This has an Edlebrock 650 CFM carburator and aftermarket Air filter (have original enclosure). The grandson also put on new 20" Rims and I put new tires on it and have 2 spares for front tires. All hoses and belts and most seals were replaced before I purchased as well. This car runs and drives and stops as it should, but keep in mind it is a 50 yr old car, so there are some very small leaks (about size of a quarter or less) after its driven and sits a while. I originally bought this to convert to pro touring, but seeing how rare this 2 dr hard top is in this condition and low miles, I decided to leave it as is. I have many of the original service records and paperwork for this car as well. I have caught interest in other muscle cars, so hate to see this just sit in my storage and would rather see someone else DRIVE it and enjoy it. Ive only driven it maybe 20-30 miles a year for the past 5 years, and it has been sitting for last 9 months. Looking for sale or possible trade for 1968-1972 Chevy Nova SS, Camero, or Firebird in this year range. For Sale Locally as well. Clear title in hand
