I am selling my 1968 Ford Country Sedan 6 passenger wagon with factory a/c and factory front disc brakes. This wagon has 84,000 original miles on its 390 2V engine and FMX transmission. Runs drives and stops great. This wagon is pretty much factory original as no modifications have been made to the exterior, interior or dash. . and yes, the original AM radio still works :)
Also, the dash gauges are bright and clean and amazingly enough the dash never cracked. .kind of amazing considering it is a wagon.

Details: 390 v8 FE block car. Original engine. Performed a compression and leak down test to find numbers well within spec. Stock 2-barrel Auto Lite Carburetor inspected, leaned, and adjusted for proper operation. FMX automatic transmission rebuilt with new torque converter ATF flushed and replaced with proper type F fluid ATF inline filter installed 9" rear axle with 2.75 final drive (highway gear) new bearings, new seals, installed a drain plug, new gasket and u-joint u-bolts Power steering works great (new belt) Brake fluid flushed and replaced
LIST OF NEW PARTS wiper blades *rebuilt original Auto Lite 2100 2-barrel carburetor starter *alternator electrical cables battery *water pump radiator hoses thermostat heater core belts distributor cap and rotor plugs wires upper and lower ball joints upper and lower control arm bushings sway bar mounts and links shock absorbers front and rear diff housing gasket rear axle wheel bearings and seals wheel bearings front and the endplay properly set *front end alignment refurbished and refinished engine oil pan and gasket fuel pump oil pressure sensor brake master cylinder brake hard lines all around (no splicing! ) OEM correct soft brake lines brake pads up front brake hardware fuel tank cleaned and resealed, sending unit refurbished *complete exhaust system including muffler (single not dual) radial tires (95% tread)
PLEASE ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU BID AS THERE ARE NO RETURNS. The factory a/c - all components of the factory a/c looks to be present, however, there is no belt connected to the compressor and I never intended to run the a/c anyway as I live in area of the country that really doesn"t require a/c.(Boston area) Buyer to pay for the cost of shipping of vehicle, but I can make myself available to meet the driver of the car hauler if you need to ship the car.
