Vehicle description
This is one of the finest driver quality, time capsule 1968 Camaro’s you will find anywhere in the country! The car has all original body panels and is solid throughout. It has a recently rebuilt 327 (1968 vintage) engine with 300 horsepower along with a new starter, water pump, alternator, edelbrock 4barrel carburetor, new exhaust manifolds, and electronic ignition. Also has a new power steering pump, radiator, electric headlight door motors, and more. This is a heavily optioned car with electric windows, deluxe interior, power steering, power front disc brakes, tilt steering wheel, speed control alarm, rear window defrost, front seat headrests, console clock, and factory air conditioning. A new compressor and condenser have just been installed so the a/c is ice cold. The interior is in very good condition throughout, exterior paint is approximately 15 years old and is very good quality but does have some minor flaws given its age. This is a solid car that drives out straight, brakes straight, still has original automatic power glide transmission and 10 bolt rear differential. Also included is the original owners manual, protecto plate, original spare tire with jack and case, and warranty booklet. The odometer reads just over 40,000 miles which may well be actual based on the condition of the car but have no way to verify that. This car was originally owned and meticulously cared for by the same family for almost 40 years.
