1968 Chevrolet C-10 Pick-up 50th Anniversary Short Bed 454 Big Block V8 / TH350 Transmission
If you’re looking for a truck that has character and turns heads, this C10 might be just right. I get more waves and thumbs up’s in this truck than any other C10 I have had. The truck still wears most of its original gold 50th anniversary paint with lots of great patina on it. This is a very rust free example with the majority just on the surface (lower portions like rockers, cab corners, etc. have been replaced with new metal). The interior is in great shape as well with newer upholstery throughout and a nice wood-grain steering wheel.
The 454 V8 has been recently rebuilt - always starts right up, runs great and feels strong. The 3-speed Turbo 350 transmission engages & shifts smoothly. The truck has a front disc brake conversion and has been lowered on new 20” American Racing Torque Thrust wheels with new tires as well. This truck is definitely not perfect and, like any 50+ year old car, could use some TLC but is turn-key, ready to enjoy and would make a great weekend toy.
