Vehicle description

This is my 1967 Pontiac GTO. I"ve owned the car for close to 15 years and just love it. It is time though to move on to other challenges and turn the guardianship over to another care taker! The car is a straight solid car with very minor issues. It is NOT perfect and is a very nice clean straight driver condition car. I will try and give an honest and complete description of the car as I want to make certain the buyer know as much about the car as I do! The engine is the factory 400 std. traditional Pontiac V8. I have added Ceramic coated competition plus Hooker Headers, 2 1/2 " exhaust with Flowmaster mufflers and Trans Am splitter ends. custom valve covers, electronic ignition and wires and looms. The induction system is a 1966 Tri-Power set up. Engine runs great, very clean and does not smoke. I"m unsure of the mileage on the engine but it appears just fine. I"ve never had any issues with it. The car has never been driven very much and not abused. The car does leak like a typical Pontiac rear main I believe, but very minor. Ive never replaced it as it "s not a bad leak. Power steering pump also leaks some fluid, only occasionally, again very slowly. The tranny is a munci 4-speed manual and shifts fine. The rear differential is a 12 bolt Olds diff with 3:90 gears and is posatraction. The body is very straight with still showable factory color Burgundy paint with a white pin stripe. All chrome and bright work appears good. The factory hood tack needs to be rebuilt and does not work at this time. I did notice a small area of rust in the trunk floor about the size of a dime. Again, I can take pictures as requested. I do have a lift so I can also take pictures of the cars under side. The car sits on American Racing torque Thrust II wheels with older BFG rubber in a big n little configuration. Interior is in great condition and I will take more pictures as requested. There are no major issues with the interior. The wipers are new but the motor has stopped, I"m sure an easy fix. Dash lights are dim.
