Vehicle description
Up for auction is a very rare 1967 Pontiac LeMans . Plum mist with parchment interior. This car has 17,000 original miles. The drivetrain was upgraded to a GTO RA 400 4-speed with 390 gears. The car has totally original paint, stainless, chrome and interior and is in like new condition. Chassis is in excellent condition with no rust or scaling, also no rustproofing. The car sits 15 inch diamond back radial red line tires with rally II wheels. I have copies of all titles since new. The car was sold at Thompson Pontiac in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. I have the original protecto plate on the car with the original owners manual. The tire in the trunk is the original tire.
The car was bought from the original owner in the 1990s and changed over from a 6-cylinder automatic to a RAM air 4 block 400 4-speed with 390 gears manual steering and brakes. Options are AM radio with rear speakers, remote mirror, custom seatbelts. Magazine featured car (see photos). 1,000+ miles put on car since second the owner bought in the 1990s. Car was badged as a 326 when changeover was made. This is truly a survivor quality car. These cars do not come around too often. What would this car be worth if it was an original GTO with 17,000 original miles?! NADA puts the value of a 1967 Pontiac GTO RAM air 4-speed at over $100,000. I know it is not a GTO but I know there is a lot of people like me that cannot afford to spend that kind of money! This car looks, runs, and drives like a GTO. Plus, it has never had a restoration and is a high quality survivor. No dissapointments at all with this car.
Please feel free to call me at with any questions. I will give you an honest description of this car from top to bottom. Funds must clear 100% before the car leaves. The car is located in Hudson, OH where I now live.
Thank you! Fred
