Vehicle description
For all of you fun lovers out there! Supercharged 67 Plymouth valiant! The good: fresh 383 dodge engine, forged trw pistons and forged crankshaft, ballanced, stainless 2.14/1.81 valves in ported heads with fresh valve job, summit blower cam, arp rod bolts, chromoly main studs and pushrods, double roller timing chain, bds blower hub, aluminum roller rockers, 2 Holley 500 boost referenced carbs on a fresh rebuilt detroit supercharger. Less than 100 miles on motor. .this week! 🤔 Disc brakes in front, 727 tranny, and a ford 8.8 posi in the rear. Runs sooo strong! Absolutely fries the tires! The bad: it"s an old car, rust, ugly paint, and the interior needs help. Tranny needs kickdown cable. Windshield cracked. Restore the car! Pull the motor and put it in another car! Or a boat! Have fun with the 600ish horsepower! Happy bidding! 😆 Update: Ok, just driving around the neighborhood, and all of the lifters started tapping loudly. Was still making obscene power, but I"m just done with it . First $3100 takes it. A big block blower kit will cost you that much. I"m moving and I need it gone. https:/ youtu.be/ te9suCh6IQAg Okay, ran it again, and it"s quiet when it"s cold, but lifters start tapping when warm. Maybe needs valves adjusted. I don"t know.
