This Ford Fairlane 500 Convertible factory 4 speed Power Top car would seem to be pretty rare. I"m selling for a friend. This car has been sitting covered on a carport for over 20 years. Car will need restoration. Most rust on the body is on passenger side lower bottom of car. Not bad on drivers side. I believe this is the original color of the car. All the original glass is in car and stainless looks pretty good. Chrome is tarnished on bumpers, door handles, etc. Interior is in OK condition as you can see. Carpet looks good! This car runs and drives. Motor runs really well and quiet. Shifts well too. Love those old style Cragar Mags. Car has a cool stance and exhaust sounds nice. Really cool rumble but still quiet. Emergency brake handle is stuck but the car still moves fine. Don"t trust those tires, sitting too long. What blows me away - the power top works and sounds like new! The convertible top has definitely been replaced. It looks really good. Don"t know if motor is original but it runs really nice. This car is mostly all there which is really neat. And it appears very original. I think for as rare as this car is, or I think it is, the owner has a very reasonable reserve.
