Vehicle description
1967 Citroen DS21 Pallas. Complete car for restoration. Includes new correct alternator, new wiring harness (great quality), service manual. Motor turns over, haven"t tried to start it as the wiring harness needs to be replaced. Originally red and resprayed black long time ago. Comes with CA black plates, no idea if it"s originally from there, but it did end up in Ohio. Bought it to fix up but no time or money. There"s no option for "no title" but it just comes with a bill of sale.
