1967 Chevy Lyn Air Step Van. Chevy 292 6cyl with 4 Spd trans. Truck was originally a NY State fire truck and only has 14,700 original miles on it. Truck originally came with 18" wheels but now has newer 16" duelly wheels and 6 brand new tires. Truck also has drum breaks all around. This truck also has new battery,shocks,water pump, thermostat and gasket, valve cover gasket 2 brand new seats, stero cd with blue tooth and new side mirrors.All lights and wipers work. This truck is regestered and insured and runs, drives, shifts and stops as it should. I put several hundred miles on it last weekend in Ocean City MD. for the spring cruze in. ( where it won several trophies) This truck has an all aluminum body so rust will never be a problem. There is a small rust hole on pass side floor. Diamond plate floor. (easy fix just haven"t gotten to it.) There is 12" from the rear of drivers seat to the back door, Inside height is right around 6" and width is 6" 3". These vans are getting nearly impossible to find in rough non running condition here is your chance to buy one in great get in and drive condition. This van draws a crowd wherever I take it,everyone loves it. This would make an awsome food or ice cream truck or put your comphany name or logo on it and get a whole lot of attention. Think auto repair, surf shop, motorcycle shop, moving & storage,craft brewary,antiques, flea market the possibilites are endless. I would encourage anyone interested to come see and drive it for yourself. You must rember you are driving a 50 yr old vehicle so you must pay more attention than you do in your Honda or Toyota when driving. The worst thing about this truck is the paint. Although it is not terrible it does not look quite as good in person as it does in pics. Problem is runs in clear coat ( couldnt get them to show in pics) Both top side pannels and top of back doors should be sanded an re cleared. Like I said not terrible most people are so impressed with truck they don"t notice but I thought I should mention it. That being said the truck is for sale locally and I reserve the right to end auction at any time. Buyer is responsible for all shipping arangements. Truck can be driven onto a trailer or transport truck with no problem. I will do what I can to help but all araangements are buyers responsability. Truck must be paid in full before it leaves. will not take paypall other than $500 deposit. Cash or certified check and check must clear before truck leaves.
