Vehicle description
The car was in a barn since 1980 until I bought it a few years ago. Console and red buckets pictured not included. Included is a set of 1968 Chevelle buckets that need work.
I have modified the car to accept a T56 Magnum Transmission, or be lowered, the correct way. There are no clearance issues in the tunnel or driveshaft areas. There is plenty of clearance to achieve correct U-joint/pinion angle(s). Many T56 swaps and lowered cars will bind, vibrate or drone at high speeds or in performance situations. AMD tunnel halves were used to construct a stock appearing tunnel using only butt joints-no lapping. The tunnel/floor pan does need final trim around three edges and welded in. The goal for the car is cross-country cruiser that appears bone stock from the interior and exterior, but it could still be taken in an autocross direction using this set up. The car has its original paint so the buyer knows the real condition of the body. I will list and picture the majority of the parts I have. It does need sheet metal work in the trunk (pictured), rear footwell (pictured), wheel well patches (pictured), and a short patch section in the right front inside of rocker where the AC leaked condensation. Included in the sale is a. . -2005 LS2 engine from a GTO Holley LS swap oil pan 302-2BK Holley accessory drive system 20-135 Used corvette power steering pump for that bracket New GM corvette power steering pump reservoir New GM PS bracket and cap Used solid Jeep Grand Cherokee power steering box for quick ratio conversion Power pump pitman arm New Entropy Radiator and Entropy fans with life time warranty PSI LS Swap wiring harness and computer to run a DBC LS2 Energy Suspension engine mounts Dirty Dingo adjustable conversion plates AC Delco Knock sensors Air Conditioning inner fenders and radiator support (radiator support new repair or replace) LS3 Exhaust manifolds Modified and braced transmission crossmember for T56/T56 Magnum (tig welded) 1 set of 1968 Chevelle bucket seats that Complete braking system from a 2000 Camaro for 4 wheel disc brake conversion Decent front bumper with nice brackets Rear bumper is included, but in rough condition shape. Rear bumper brackets okay shape 12 bolt open end rearend that came factory with the car Full set of new locks and keys Full set of SS gauge conversion cluster Frame has been mostly boxed (tig tack but not welded solid as of now) Body mount areas on frame have been repaired where needed All soft ray AC specific glass included Solid Malibu hood with dent in the worst place possible (front ridge) New headlight adjusting set New Speed Tech Clutch master cylinder mounting bracket New GM power steering pump pulley New Old Stock GM clutch master cylinder for 2001 camaro Brand new Nick Williams Throttle body splash pan louver filler plate under windshield New power steering coupler New GM dip stick and tube AMD front floor pans modified for T56 Magnum New Energy suspension transmission mount Hood hinges I used the T56 transmission that came with the LS2 to fit the tunnel, and fabricate the crossmember, and sold the T56 after deciding to go with a T56 Magnum. If anyone prices out the parts included in this sale they will find the price is quite reasonable. I will send as many detailed pics and answer as many questions seriously interested folks have. However, the best way to buy this car is to see it in person, and look at everything for yourself. If you send someone to pick up the car I will work with them all I can. I have wheels and tires that may or may not hold air for long, but will be good for loading and transporting. I have some rally wheels I could have thrown on the car to make it look better, and then stated they are not included, but if this sells I want a straight forward deal with no gimmicks. ☆☆☆ I am very interested in a partial or full trade for a 1975-1979 VW Rabbit Diesel or a partial trade for a 1999 - 2003 VW TDI 5 speed car. Other trades are possible - let me know what you have. Thanks for looking, and please do not hesitate to ask questions. Thanks I will take $500 off and keep the 12 bolt. Please don"t ask for my contact information as that violates ebay policy. This is for sale locally on a national site if you are interested in seeing it on the St. Louis section of that site.
