Vehicle description
Here is a 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu that is a original 327 v8 car. I think this is the original engine. It was originally a 3 speed manual car and somebody put a automatic TH 350 trans in it in the past, with a B&M ratchet shifter. It still has the pedals for manual but the rest of the clutch parts are missing. Previous owner bought this in 1988 and for the most part it sat in his storage pole barn. I know he got it out and drove it locally but that is about it. The car still has bias ply tires on it. Car could use a tune up. The plugs and wires and all of that looks old. I put a new master cylinder on it and got the brakes working again. The body is presentable, but the body work and paint job is a good shade tree body man and paint job. Better then a amateur job, but not a pro job. You can see the quarters have been replaced. You can barely see the new quarter lines, and under the drivers door rocker panel it has some waviness. Body work and paint was probably done in the late 80"s early 90"s. And like I said car probably did not spend 1 night outside since 1988. Car was put up. Trunk floor looks really good. Frame looks really good and floor pans are solid. Engine runs good and sounds good and exhaust is really quiet. Top does not have any rips or tears or anything like that. Interior is presentable. Original bench seat has a few rips in it. Original radio is laying loose as you can see. I did not want to take a chance of pumping old gas or anything thru the carb, so I just zip tied a bottle under the hood and I am pumping from that. I would suggest just dropping the tank and cleaning just to be safe. I have a good Indiana title for it. I also have the original owners manual, original warranty id card, and booklet, some other original publications, and the original TN registration from the original owner. Car was purchased new in OK and took to TN. Please check out the pictures good and make sure this is exactly what you want before you bid or buy. This is sold AS IS, all SALES ARE FINAL. This is a presentable car that would make a great project that you can work on and drive at the same time. These cars are hard to find and very expensive when restored and mint condition. This car is not mint but very presentable for the age and price range. I want a small $250 deposit within 48 hours of the end of the auction. I want the rest due within 7 days of the end of the auction. I will accept WU transfer, CASH, cashiers check, money order or your personal check. But I will not release the car until I am 100% percent sure the funds are good and have cleared. So if you want to pull up and pay and take the car bring cash. Car can stay here for 30 days after the auction for free. It is stored inside. Inside storage is kinda a problem. All of my buildings are packed and I would prefer to have it picked up quickly after the auction. If you are having this car shipped that is up to you and you need to make all arragments. I suggest looking on cars arrive. My cell is 1-765-546-2642. you are more then welcome to call or come in person to inspect the car from 8am-8pm est.
