Up for sale is my 1967 Chevelle ss 396. This Chevelle is a real super sport matching numbers car and has a 396/350hp motor backed by a muncie m21 4 speed. I"ve owned the car for 4-5 years and have had the power train re built besides the rear end. Rear end is a 67 model year Chevelle 12 bolt rear end. The motor was rebuilt 2 years ago and has had about 100 miles put on it. The block, heads, intake, and carb match the car. The carb was also rebuilt. The trans was rebuilt about 3 years ago by Dave"s 4 speeds. The car has a brand new but correct power booster, master cylinder, and brand new brake lines. The car also has the original wiper motor and was also rebuilt. The car has power front disc brakes, power steering, and air conditioning and has the original compressor by Harrison. The ac doesn"t work but it is all there it might just need r12 I don"t have any. The car also has the original Harrison radiator and has been re cored. The car appears to have gone through a rotisserie restoration in the early 90s and was probably re painted then. There is a small crack in the paint on the body driver side upper left hand corner of the trunk lid but other than that the paint has no other defects. See pictures. The car has the original 8 track player but not sure if it works because I don"t have any 8 tracks. All the light work except for the back up lights which I have a new switch but the linkage isn"t long enough for the switch. Car does have the original spare tire as well. The underneath of the car is in great shape, no rust and no panels appear to have been replaced. The interior is also in great shape.
