Vehicle description
This beautiful blue "67 Coupe deVille was driven to North Idaho from California in the 1980s and never returned. The family retired here and the car was parked with a carburetor issue and still wears the original expired black California plates. Very well taken care of while it was driven and still very well kept for an original and untouched car, though her beauty has faded with time. Very straight and rust free, there are no dents or even dings that we can see, except for some small dents and a bend in the upper front bumper . With the exception of a small bit of early rust on the lower passenger fender there is no rust through anywhere, which is very rare for an original car. The trunk has some heavy surface rust in areas but is very solid as well. There are miles of chrome, inside and out, all in good to excellent condition.
With new carpet, seats, paint and some misc. this could be a solid driver condition car without too much effort. Or perfect for a full restore or custom with minimal body or rust work. We were hoping to have this one on the road but with changing family situations and too many projects this Cadillac must find a new home soon. We will also be selling my late brother"s 1968 Cadillac sitting next to it after some probate paperwork is complete along with several other classic cars and trucks. See our other auctions in the coming days and weeks.
I believe this car has the 472 engine but am not certain, I can verify if necessary. I remember my brother telling me his has a 429 and they look to be different engines. We have not attempted to start this car and would recommend fluid changes etc before doing so but we were confident from the info we got from the family that owned it that this would be a runner with some love and attention.
Located just east of Spokane, Washington in Coeur d"Alene, Idaho right on the I-90 corridor. Buyer responsible for shipping or pickup and we will assist in any way possible. $1000 non refundable Paypal deposit required. Please email or call or text 2O8-7O4-5125 with any and all questions. Thanks for viewing our auction and good luck to the new owner.
