For Sale, 1966 Volkswagen Beetle/Baja Bug.
I don"t know anything about Volkswagens, so please refer to the pictures.
I bought this in Kingman, Arizona (for my wife) a few years ago. We"ve only driven it twice, so have decided to let it go.
The car runs and drives fine, but it idles kind of fast & rough. It may need a tune-up, or simply some fresh gas. .I"m not sure. The body/doors/floor pans are original & seem extremely solid; the fenders & hood are fiberglass.
The wheels seem heavy duty; the tires appear to be in good shape. It is does not have interior carpeting, nor does it have windshield wipers; the rear seat upholstery has a few tears.
The previous owner said the engine is 2035cc; it has a bunch of chrome and finned aluminum parts on it (please see pics). .he said the car is very fast.
