| “Your chance to own a true classic car . This is a Thunderbird Town Landau with a 390 motor three speed automatic. I have owned this car for the last 18 years, it has been in storage nearly the whole time, all original unmolested survivor. Has been in my garage in Naples and not driven in several years. Has been in the Tbird Regestry for years.Through the years much restoration has been completed,engine has been completely rebuilt, new heads, newHolly carburetor, new gas tank,radiator was recently re-cored and is like new,master cylinder was replaced Undercoated from the factory , and original owner had it undercoated as well, resulting in little if any rust. Trunk is in good shape, I have the correct trunk vinyl lining ,but as you can see from photo its not glued down (just set in place for photo). Seats are in good shape ,no rips, the door panels are not you will need to have them repaired. ( I have a set from another town landau you might want to have dyed and they are in good shape.” |

The car was in good driveable condition when it was parked. *As far as not running the motor turns over no start.
I had a mechanic do a diagnostic, with a result of no spark from coil.
His finding is fault from ignition switch, or bad contact when engine compartment
was detailed, he suggested running down the wires from the engine compartment back to the switch or rewiring from switch back out to engine. * I don"t know if this would take an hour or five hours to do *
Electric windows also need attention, I have four working motors and new switches for them I will include with sale .
