1966 Factory Mustang 4 Speed 289 in restored condition with low miles. The White exterior is in beautiful restored condition. This Mustang was treated to a professional repaint in White with all new emblems recently. The car was taken apart and painted properly and looks absolutely stunning. The paint is in great condition and fresh and both bumpers are in great shape with no pitting or scratches in the chrome which shines wonderfully.The Cooper tires have excellent tread left and are sized 225/70/14 and the 14″ Magnum wheels are in fantastic shape with no curb rash and shine like new. All weather stripping and window sweeps are newer and in excellent condition. Trunk is very solid and clean. The Red vinyl interior of this Mustang has been fully restored. The seat covers have been replaced and are like new with no noticeable wear anywhere. The carpet is like new as well with no stains, rips, or holes. The dash is in great condition with no cracks and the dash bezel is in great condition as well. The stereo was upgraded years ago to a after market 2 prong AM/FM digital Retro Sound “Mustang” stereo that works great. Thankfully the dash has not been cut for a modern stereo. The door panels have been replaced and are in like new condition and both door pulls are solid and in tact. The headliner and package tray have also been replaced and both are in great condition. All interior lights and gauges work as they should. The horn, stereo, wipers and heater also work. This Mustang is in great mechanical condition with only 68,507 actual miles. The engine is very fresh and was gone over recently, it runs like a stock 289 should. There is no smoke when starting or driving the car. It starts right away every time, idles well, and runs excellent. The brakes do not pull and stop as they should and they have been completely serviced recently with new brake lines from front to back including new emergency brake lines. New exhaust has been installed on this Mustang as well. New shocks were installed and several suspension parts and bushings were replaced.
