I have a 1965 Buick Riviera for sale with clean title in hand has $600 in CA DMV back fee. But if sold out CA, the DMV fees are Wiped clean. This vehicle runs and drives. 401 Buick Nailhead engine and automatic trans. New Altenator installed. Has some rust in a few areas front of hood, pin hole in front floorboards, driver front door, and some other areas. It is missing some a/c components that I can see (a/c compressor condenser and suction hose). Car needs work but does run and drive. I can"t get headlights to open up only front windows roll up and down but not very well. Feel free to ask questions.
