Vehicle description
1964 E-type OTS project car
300+ pictures bellow
This is a 1964 Jaguar e-type Roadster. The numbers are matching. All major items are there but as you would expect they are all cores. We have the title and Heritage certificate on hand. The engine block is frozen. We have the original carburators, transmission and rear end. This car will obviously need to be fully restored. Opalescent golden sand on black.
Chassis: It does have some rust, however it"s not the worst I have seen for a series 1 jaguar. The bonnet is complete and it doesn"t have major rust. All the framing that goes in the front is there. With the heat of the fire the metal worked and will need to be straightened out. Only a true expert will be able to salvage this chassis. Drivetrain: engine block is complete from oil pan to valve covers. It has the original triple carburators and air box. The original headers are there. Original clutch and flywheel. The transmission is complete with shift linkage (goes from gear to gear as it should). Rear end: complete and turns well. Brakes: All 4 brakes are there as well as the pedal box. The brake master is badly damaged because of the fire. Interior: The seat frames are both there in good shape. Gauges are there (bad shape). The frame for the top is there.
Summary ; One of the hardest project there is BUT all matching numbers with title and heritage on hand. Please assume you need to buy everything brand new and that if it is not on the pictures it is not included. Everything needs to be restored and this is not a 200 hours restoration project.
Shipping ; We will ship anywhere in the world, everything will be palletized and the body will be on a rolling frame. Once it is ready for shipping we will use a full 20" container. Prices range from 1500-2000USD.
Obviously this is being sold AS IS, no return or partial refund will be allowed under any circumstances. 500$ deposit due if offer is accepted after that full payment is due by wire transfer.
