Vehicle description
About this vehicle This 1964 Chevrolet Corvette is a modified vehicle. The owner has had it for 4 years. Seller"s Notes Can send videos and do a walk around video - buyers are encouraged to view in person PRIOR to purchase Vehicle Details This 1964 Corvette Stingray Convertible Resto mod is over 95% complete It is built as a driver quality not a trailer queen…. One of a kind build Needs finished: Windshield installed (windshield included) Door glass and panels installed (parts included) Body shimmed for proper gaps Top installed (frame is installed have new top material kit) Needs complete alignment (all wheel) Test all functions and driven We are the owners of Kingston’s Kustoms and this is our resto-mod corvette stingray convertible that we have spent the better part of 3 years completing a frame off restomod beast of a driver. No expense spared and is built as a real driver. Full Global West Suspension upgrade. Mono spring rear with full posi plus rear camber upgrade (fixes known problem with rear camber) Fully built and balanced 496 stroker engine - Balanced kit by White Racing out of TN - Summit racing clutch but still “driveable” The frame is better than new - cage reinforced - properly notched for big block - sand blasted and etch primer with frame gloss black This is my personal build and would be happy to answer questions. I did not want to build a show or “numbers” car since when we purchased it it was not numbers matching. I built this as a beast of driver. So it has the stinger hood, big side pipes painted bumpers Everything is new or rebuilt (for parts you cannot get new). We literally just need shop space so we would sell for the right price If you know these, you know it would easily cost $100,000 to have a custom vette built like this. I’m not desparate and don’t have to sell but if the right buyer and offer is made I will sell it. It is 95% complete and we will still be working on it so if I get it finished the price will increase. It runs and sounds awesome. Should be a real handful and not for the faint at heart. I’m not sure how many 1964 Corvette Convertibles out there there built with stroker 496 Big Blocks and frame off resto. biut it has to very limited. Everyone is doing LS restomods and I wanted it to be different - VERY DIFFERENT. Upgraded Stereo with amp extra speakers and with factory look It is better than factory new Title in hand
