1963 Ford Falcon Futura with the 144ci "Mileage Maker" inline 6 cyl and 2-speed Fordomatic automatic transmission. Runs great and shifts beautifully, car cruises right down the road. With another child on the way I have to decided to sell it. The only thing this car would need for completion is a radio and a paint job. If you wanted to be really meticulous maybe a couple of the window crank knobs could use replacing but I just never got that far. Over the last few months its had a complete tune-up, all new hoses, thermostat, belt, radiator, horn relay, all new brakes and bearings, leaf springs, pinion seal, totally redone interior including painting the doors, new seats and a headliner, new fuel tank and sending unit, new master cylinder, a lot of the factory undercoating was still on the car but I re-did it for a uniform fresh coat of black. Just too much work to list, I honestly cant remember it all. While I had the carpet and headliner out I installed sound deadening mat in the floor and roof, even some in the trunk. Doors shut nicely, windows work great and all glass is damn near perfect. The exhaust is not factory but the kids like it, its not loud at all but could easily be replaced. Even has 4 new tires.
