Vehicle description
Here is my good running and driving 1975 Chevy Caprice convertible which is located in Casper, WY. It has a 350 engine with a four barrel carburetor.
What is wrong:
There are a number of small dings and dents.
It looks better in the photos than in person.
The windshield washer does not work.
The windshield has some deep scratches.
The door panels need to be repaired or replaced.
The left tail pipe needs to be replaced.
I suspect it will need various front end suspension work at least to include deteriorated rubber bushings.
The grill is deformed.
There are a few trim pieces missing.
There are two areas of rust in the trunk.
There is no headliner but the 5 bows are installed.
What is good:
The car runs and drives very well. Acceleration is very good.
Although I cannot verify the mileage of 78,000. However, it appears from looking at the minimal wear of the brake pedal that it may be possible that the mileage is the same as displayed.
New tires were installed last week.
New carpet was installed last week.
The repair shop that replaced the tires noted that there are no brake fluid leaks and the brake shoes have about 50% of the lining remaining.
The radio does not work.
There is only minimal rust as can be seen in some of the photos.
