| “This is the 2nd year of the Dart. 60-61 were full sized cars. Doesn't say Dart anywhere on the car as in 60-61 they were badged by trim level. Pioneer, Seneca and top of the line Phoenix. Car says Phoenix but all my dealer paperwork says Dart. Production numbers are extremely hard to come by but my estimate is less than 3000 were produced, with 1/2 that having the V8. Very rare, and gets more attention at shows than just about any other car. I'm happy to supply any additional picks. Car is located 20 miles South of Philadelphia.” |

Re-listed because of some tool. Don"t be a tool. This is the 2nd year of the Dodge Dart. this is the top of the line trim level, Phoenix. Has the 318ci Poly Motor. Production numbers are scarce but from what I can find they probably made about 2000 of these. Contrary to the pic the car does have the sidepipes mounted. Extremely rare. I"ve been doing this for 35 years and I"ve never seen another one. Car rolls down the road perfectly, no shakes or shimmies. Alignment perfect. Looks great and sounds even better. Overall great condition with approx. 130k on the clock. Original. Car has some rust on the rockers that does not look terrible. No rust anywhere else. Floors trunk etc are solid. This is a factory Arctic blue with flake added to it. Flames are done in House of Kolor. This has the optional 3 speed Torque Flight trans also. Push button on the dash. Optional passenger outside mirror. Optional high back driver split bench seat. Interior nice. Driver side seat seamed is pulled apart. Just age. Could be repaired. PERIOD SEATBELTS ARE INSTALLED Custom pin striping on dash. All lights etc work. NO WIPERS. You could re-install if you want. Mechanics are still there. Modern stereo with iPod connect. Sounds great. Multiple award winner and gets all the attention at shows. All decals come off the car with no issue. Webs on front window will come right off. This car is mechanically solid. Just re-built engine last year and added a new Motorcraft large 2 bbl carb. P/S P/B I drive this car all the time and would not hesitate to drive it anywhere. New stuff in the last 5 years. Large 2bbl Motorcraft carb (yes a Ford carb that was made specifically for the 318 poly block motor) Newer Tires and wheels Large alum radiator All new. . gaskets hoses Timing chain and gaskets Freeze plugs Alternator Belts Battery Full Tint MSG Elec Ignition Volt Reg Master Cylinder Steering arm New Shocks/leaf springs Power steering pump completely re-built and looks new.
