Vehicle description
I am selling one of my project cars. It is a 1960 Pontiac Catalina two door sedan. Car was from north Texas, and has a rust free body. Original panels never rusted. Beautiful seams on doors, hood, trunklid. Has the original 389 numbers matching engine. Has correct 60 Tri-Power intake and carbs. New Petronix ignition kit, fuel lines, timing chain, and water pump. Finned Offenhauser valve covers, ceramic coated reproduction long branch headers, brand new mini-starter. New clutch, pressure plate, and new Richmond Super T-10 four speed transmission. $1900. NEW, not a rebuilt trans, it’s the 2:88 low gear unit and has new Hurst shifter, linkage and handle. Driveshaft has new Nascar yoke and new universal joints. New windshield installed with new rubber, rear window has new rubber. Dash is all painted, factory gauges polished, all installed in car. Has correct shift delete plate on dash for floor shift. New headliner installed. Front and rear seats professionally reupholstered in black vinyl, new door panels bought and redone to match. Have new carpet, and new door rubber, new chrome inside door handles, weatherstripping, much more. Have NOS turn signal lenses front and rear. Very nice grille and mint headlight bezels. Front and rear bumpers have been rechromed, with both rear guards. $2500, and look like jewelry. Have a new master cylinder and all component for front disc brake conversion. Big station wagon rotors and GTO calipers, pads, hoses, brackets, etc. Have body and chassis manuals. This car was original paint when started work. It is an incredibly rust-free car. I posted pictures of the bottom of the front fenders, inside and outside. Note the original paint on bottom of fenders. It is still a project, has over 21k invested. Original radio delete car, and back-up light delete. Hurst shift handle pictured has been replaced with a taller and more forward Hurst handle. Has dual exhaust, needs connected to the headers. Partially cut in with late model color. Again, this is a rust free car with all new interior and much, much more. You can call or text me with any questions @4I2-2I5-966O EST. Thanks, Don
