About this vehicle This 1959 Studebaker Silver Hawk is an original with updates to the exterior. The owner has had it for 1 year. The vehicle is drivable and is mainly used for car shows. Vehicle Details The Exterior: appears to be all original with no Bondo, fixed parts or any visible dent. . There is a dent on the passengers side hood. More like a small bent. Other than that, This Studebaker is complete. The Interior: is also all original and we'll kept for it's years. There is a big rust hole on the Driver's side floor board only. There are no other rust holes to my knowledge. The Drivetrain: Engine sounds strong with power. I have driven on freeways up to 70-80 with no problems. The Speedometer does not work. The temperature does go high up to 240. . . I have redone the radiator and the car does not lose water. . When driving the car does not get hot or show over heating other than the temperature gauge. The transmission is smooth and changes gears with no problem and is a fun car to drive. . I drive it around to the local car shows in my area. I was planning to keep and restore but wife is pregnant again. . . The car has brand new tires. The brakes are in good working condition. . The car is registered in my name til 06/16/2022.
