The 1,588cc DOHC inline-four is mated to a 4-speed manual gearbox.
During the 2013 restoration, the engine was reportedly rebuilt to factory specification with the exception of a single 12V battery instead of two 6V items.
The spark plugs, radiator cap, and radiator hoses were replaced during current ownership. The throttle linkage was also rebuilt and the twin SU carburetors were adjusted.
The interior is upholstered in red leather, and black and red Coco matts cover the black carpets. Competition-style lap belts were added during previous ownership.
A correct banjo-style steering wheel is fitted, and installed new bushings for the column and replaced the directional switch in 2017. Jaeger instrumentation includes a 120-mph speedometer, 7,500-rpm tachometer, a fuel level indicator, and a combination oil pressure/water temperature gauge. The odometer shows 38k miles.
