I have had this car since 2013 and haven`t done much to it except it had bias ply tires on it and I didn`t like the way it drove so I put radials on it and that really improved the driving. I have driven it about 5 thousand miles so the tires have less than that. I added the spinner hubcaps plus other small items. I put a new sender in the gas tank but it still don`t read right. The engine is a 350 out of a 68 firebird with a 400 trans and other than you must use 91 octane gas it really runs great. The gear selector has never been changed so reverse is where neutral shows. According to the code XU its 335 horsepower. On a warm day it tends to run warm but I have never had it boil going down the road it will a little bit if idling but I only got a 4# cap on it. I drove it on a 70 degree day and it never got over half way on the heat gauge. It really looks great and gets a lot of attention but its a driver and not a number 1 show car. I`ve had it in small car shows and usually wins something. A lot of money was spent on this car sometime in its life. It was repainted sometime and new upholstery and headliner put in it but not totally correct, The paint looks great but if you get close you can see there is chips in it, and I have never polished it, and also there are small dings and small pits in the chrome. I have never found any place that any rust was repaired on it, or that there is any bondo in it. The rubber bumpers in the front bumper make me think it came from California but they may have been added. The extra stars were added before I got it and so I just left them on there. The guy I got it from in Mich. didn`t know much about it except that the guy had died and his son didn`t want it There is an application for a Michigan title with it from 1998 so I guess he had it a lot of years. It doesn`t show where it was transferred from. I have been very happy with the car and gave more that I am asking but usually drive another one I have, and getting too old to roll the windows up and down. (They need greased so they won`t roll so hard.) The factory A/C seems to be complete in the dash. There is no heater under the seat but it does have a defroster unit. The car doesn`t have power steering but I have a steering sector and column that will go with it. It has power brakes that I think were added and work great. Plus there are white seat belts and bolts that go with it also. I think it could be driven anywhere but you never know about an old car. I have had it on numerous poker runs but have never been over a 100 miles from home. I`m sure I`m forgetting something so ask questions.
