1 956 Studebaker Skyhawk Frame-on restoration 2005/06 Production: 3,050 Engine: 289 CI Studebaker/ 225 HP / stock Paint: Studebaker Romany Red (PPG Flame Red) Recent new dual exhaust with Cherry Bomb mufflers Front suspension rebuilt with new kingpins, bushings and Gabriel gas shocks, 1” dia. HD sway bar Like new brakes all around with new master cylinder and wheel cylinders installed when car restored, new brake fluid 2018. Ford 6” wheels with P215/75R15 radials Radiator flushed and leaks repaired at time of restoration. Engine block flushed 2017 Power steering installed 2016, later Bendix design used on GT Hawk. Borg Warner T-10 four speed trans from Avanti, inspected and new bearing installed at time of restoration. One piece drive shaft, balanced. 3:31 Twin Traction (limited slip) differential rebuilt 2018 New rear springs, new sway bar and Gabriel gas shocks Custom Studebaker upholstery done by Phantom Auto Works, Salem, Ohio Custom steering wheel by owner
