1956 cameo pick up truck the rarest of the Tri-five truck years! in 1956 there were 1452 made that year only! The Truck drives so smooth and shifts nice, the breaks work very well because i just replaced the master cylinder and al pads and wheel cylinders. The truck accelerates vary fast and sounds like a V8 engine. The Engine was completely rebuild at the same time of the restoration. the trans , and rear diff were also rebuilt at that time. I am only selling because i am out of room in my shop and i am making room for more projects. I know that i"m going to regret selling it because it is only going to keep going up in value and there aren"t many left out there. It is the lowest production year of Cameo trucks for 1955-56-57 You can see why this 62 year old truck is a safe investment for your money! A beautiful original example not modified completely original restored about 11 years ago Numbers matching Correct color codes on trim tag 235 ci straight six cylinder 3 speed manual on the column with overdrive, oak bed, Metal sunvisor over Windshield, Ivory headliner, big rocket emblem on the hood, big wrap around back window, with red interior, and red inside of the truck bed make this a beautiful classic. This truck has always been stored in a air-conditioned garage since I"ve owned it the last 9 years.
